Description
Masseria “Il Frantoio” is surrounded by an enchanting century old olive grove. An ancient fortified masseria has been transformed into a welcoming hotel. It rises on a natural cave that hosts the evocative stone oil mill (in Italian “frantoio”), from which the name of the Masseria comes from.

Services & Activities
Breakfast is served in a hall with high stone vaults. The cuisine proposes dishes of Apulia tradition prepared with organic products grown in the Masseria: not only vegetables, but also jams, homemade liquors, extravirgin olive oils, citrus. Lunch and dinner are served upon reservation. The use of mountain-bikes and the access to 2 beaches are included in the room rate.
