Located in the heart of Itria Valley, the Hotel “Il Palmento” is a picturesque village of approximately thirty “trulli”, unique buildings that are typical of the Apulian landscape and well-known all over the world for their beauty. After a careful restoration, carried out respecting the old shape and original materials, the complex now offers elegant and refined suites provided with every comfort and matching the traditional style of the environment.
