The 196 apartments are completely renewed and furnished with taste. They have an independent access, air-conditioning, telephone, safety box, TV and private services with shower. Apartments at ground floor dispose a shady patio, surrounded by gardens and bushes, equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and external shower. Apartments at first floor dispose a covered terrace with outdoor furniture and an external washbasin. Bilocale (two-room apartment, 3-4 persons): located at first floor, with terrace, composed by main-room with kitchenette, large sofa bed and double bedroom. Bilocale (two-room apartment, 4-5 persons): located at ground floor, with patio, composed by main-room with kitchenette, large sofa-bed and bunk bed (only for children) and double bedroom. Villette Trilocali (three-room apartment, 6-7 persons): Independent building, surrounded by gardens and bushes, with double patio at front and rear. Composed by main-room with large sofa-bed and bunk bed (only for children), kitchen-corner, double bedroom and room with bunk beds. Some of them are accessible for disabled guests.
