All apartments are two room apartments up to 4 beds (fifth bed on request) and have: living room with kitchenette, double or single sofa bed; double bedroom, bathroom, hairdryer, Tv color, safe, balcony or terrace overlooking the sea (excluding two apartments).

The residence is 150 metres from the centre of Villanova (seaside tourist centre); free sandy beach not equipped.
