The hotel has 92 Classic rooms, 4 Junior Suites, 2 Suites, 2 Superior rooms displaced on two levels. Every room is equipped with air conditioning, direct dial phone, Sat and pay Tv (pay per view in 50 rooms), minibar, safe, hairdryer, wi-fi system (available also in common areas).

Services & Activities
Regiohotel Manfredi offers the following services: wide outdoor covered car parking free of charge, shuttle service (in July and August at scheduled times) from/to sandy beach that has a special agreement with the hotel at 3 km. There is also another partner beach, of gravel, at 14 km: this one has no shuttle service. There are an outdoor swimming pool of 800 sqm with falls, a bar and solarium. The entertainment for adults and mini club for children are available from 25/07 to 5/09, playground and percorso vita, room service during restaurant times. There are accesses for disabled, laundry service, baby sitting on request. The hotel can help guests to organize excursions toward the most beautiful places of Gargano or tastings of local products in the “Bottega dei sapori” where it is also possible to buy oil, wine, pasta and other products. For lovers of sport activities the hotel has a tennis court and a football pitch with lighting and changing rooms. The Manfredi Wellness Centre is a splendid corner of relaxation with sauna, Turkish Bath with therapy by colours and scents, hydrotherapic bath, relaxation room with herb teas, fitness centre, a wide range of body and facial treatments. Formula Open Bar: from 25/07 to 05/09 if the guest pays the club card, the price include open bar at the swimming pool at scheduled times with juices, teas and soft drinks. Coffees, liquors, alcholic drinks, cocktails, water, beers and ice creams are not included. During the afternoon at scheduled times guest can have snacks.
