They have an independent entrance, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed with one/two beds, double room, room with 2 single beds or 2 bunk beds, bathroom. In the complex “Baia Verde” there is also the possibility to stay in the splendid villas of E typology. These are composed by 4 rooms and are furnished with taste and are functional. The villas, that are at just few metres from the beach, have 2 bathrooms and outdoor equipped areas. In the same locality there is also “Residenza Marina”. It is a new compound of 2 floors (equipped with elevator) that is composed by very nice flats: two – room flat RM and three-room RM, from 4 up 6 beds. All of them are finely furnished and have a balcony or an equipped patio (for ground floor). Each flat is equipped with kitchenette, air conditioning/heating, TV colour, haridryer, safe. They are far from a sandy beach just 400 metres, from a market 300 metres and 3 km from the centre of Gallipoli. In the two-room flat of A typology with 2 beds there are a living room, a double room and bathroom. The two – room flat of B typology is composed by living room with 2 beds, double room, bathroom. The two – room flat RM with 4 beds has a living room with 2 beds, a double room, bathroom. The small villas of D typology with 6 beds are located at ground floor or at 1st floor; they have an independent entrance, living room with one/two beds, double room, room with 2 beds, bathroom. The small villas of E typology, at ground floor or at 1st floor, have an independent entrance, living room with 2 beds, double room, two rooms with 2 beds (single or bunk ones), an independent kitchen, 2 bathrooms.
